Road to the Top

In today's environment, promising young equestrian athletes encounter numerous significant financial and developmental barriers. Road to the Top aims to eliminate these obstacles for gifted young American riders by offering financial support and guidance from the nation's leading riders and trainers.

Founded by the esteemed trainer and rider Katie Prudent as a 501c3 non-profit, Road to the Top (RTTT) is dedicated to developing the future of American equestrian sport. This mission is championed by an exceptional team of mentors, including Laura Kraut and Beezie Madden, who joined Prudent to offer their expertise in training and advancing talented young riders.

RTTT identifies promising athletes through a demanding application process. Selected riders are given the unique opportunity to train directly with one of these renowned mentors. Riding horses provided by the foundation, athletes develop crucial riding and horsemanship skills essential for success at the highest levels. Furthermore, the program imparts vital business acumen to support their long-term professional careers.

Recognizing the difficult financial demands of equestrian sport, RTTT provides essential funding for competition expenses, travel, and horse care. This crucial assistance allows these developing riders to focus on achieving excellence both in the arena and in their professional endeavors. While the mentors generously donate their time and talent, RTTT's financial backing empowers these athletes to pursue their ambitions.

Join us in our commitment to upholding the legacy of excellence in American equestrian sport. By working together, we can ensure a bright future for the next generation of equestrian leaders.
