To return your product, you should mail your product to Kelcies LLC, 15078 Corby Court, Wellington, Florida, 33414

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for a returned item. Send the tracking information to enquiry@lkelcies.com

Returns

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged, we cannot offer a refund

To request a return, please email enquiry@kelcies.com explaining the reason for returning the goods. We recommend attaching the purchase receipt and images of the returned product. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card if the return is approved.
